The 2023 Asia Pastry Young Chefs Challenge9 is a partnership between the Shenzhen Tourism Association and the China Cuisine Association, with JIYI (Shenzhen) Cultural Planning Co., Ltd. as a co-sponsor.
The China-Hong Kong team was named the tournament’s winner at the awards presentation after eight hours of stressful competition, and they later took home two additional prizes: the “Best Chocolate Praline Award” and the “Best Artistic Show Pieces.”
- Due to their outstanding and creative work, the Singaporean team came in as the first runner-up. The team’s superb flavor and unique shape made it stand out in the area where the experts had gathered. The group also took up the “Best Plated Dessert Award” and “Best Chocolate Cake Award.”
