A tete-a-tete with Chef Eric Neo, the executive chef of Crowne Plaza at Singapore’s Changi Airport who specialises in Singaporean cuisine, and a popular TV personality in that city-state. Currently he serves as Honorary Treasurer of the prestigious Singapore Chefs Association, and Member of Chaine Des Rotisseurs.
