Ten local chefs have come together to publish a cookbook that comprises 40 recipes, Recipes from the Heart, to raise funds for MILK (Mainly I Love Kids) and the beneficiaries of Project Happy Feet...

After a grueling first two days of competing in National Teams Cold Display and Hot Cooking Categories, our National Team's haul of two gold medals saw the team through into the Battle for the Lion category with Germany and Switzerland --- Global Chef Award Goes to...Bali! - A young chef from Bali, Wayan Wicaya, has won the prestigious Global Chef title, beating chefs from the Netherlands and Australia!
