Dear Young Culinarians,

As the event convener of the 2010 organizing committee it is my great privilege to welcome you, the Junior Chefs of the World to the fourth Dr Bill Gallagher Junior Chef Forum. Held alongside the World Association of Chefs Societies congress in Santiago Chile; the Dr Bill Gallagher Junior Chef Forum promises to be a culinary and cultural spectacular that will remain in the minds and the hearts of all those who attend for a lifetime. While the aims and goals of the forum remain the same and stand as a reminder to us all of the importance of education, embracing different cultures, networking and friendship. The programme itself continues to evolve from one congress to the next, it deepens in its appeal and ability to deliver real and tangible outcomes for you the Junior Chefs of WACS to take home and share with your work colleagues and friends and along the way; giving you insight into the guiding principles and vision of WACS itself.
