The First Belt & Road Culinary Competition

Message from our colleague Miss Anita Cheng, Hong Kong Chefs Association:

“We would like to invite you to send chefs to join us at the Belt & Road Hot Chef Challenge this June 27-29. This competition focuses on cooking something “HOT”, it can be any cuisine, Western, Chinese, India, Japanese, Korean, Singapore, Thai, Indonesia…just as long as it is HOT. And we also have a Halal category. I envision this will be an interesting challenge and we will have a chance to taste the different types of spicy and hot.

Please share the information with your chefs and invite them to join, they will have the chance to meeting other chefs and try out the special beautiful ingredients offer by the Belt & Road countries.
