Founded in 1984, the Singapore Chefs Association has been relentless in our efforts to foster strong relationships amongst culinarians in Singapore. Being a cosmopolitan city filled with multi-national and multi-cultural influences, the Singapore Chefs Association provides the ideal platform for culinarians all over the globe to network and exchange ideas. The Singapore Culinary National Team represents Singapore in local, regional and international culinary challenges. The Singapore Team exemplifies the camaraderie of the culinary spirits, professionalism and creativity and has attained many gold medals and world titles.
Individual Members: Nominate yourself for the team selection. Once selected you will gain more exposure, opportunities and improving your culinary techniques by our dedicated coach, team manager, Internationally – acclaimed competition judges.

As SCA has a large pool of active members, it can be a platform for you to tap on the resources to leverage on your revenue and promote your company’s awareness in the industry.
Students aged 23 years old and below at the time of application/renewal; currently enrolled in Culinary / Hospitality school in Singapore can join as a SJCC member.
On getting full-time employment, he / she will progress to become a Junior Member and the category subscription fee will apply.
Subscription Fee of 12 months – $50.00
Junior Members are practicing chefs below the rank of Chef de partie.
Subscription Fee of 12 months – $100.00
Active Members are practicing chefs whose position are Chef de partie and above. Subscription Fee of 12 months – $150.00
Corporate Members are Organizations or Companies which are related to our industry. e.g. Equipment suppliers, services providers, or culinary industry related product or services providers. Corporate Members can enjoy their logo featured on our SCA web site. Annual Subscription Fee in the year of Jan to Dec $2,000.00
